With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property is the perfect spot to make memories that will last forever. With a gym, basement full of games and a modern year-round hot tub, you will never be bored after a long day exploring the White Mtns. 1 minute from Cranmore and 3 minutes to downtown North Conway!

With so much room, families are able to spread out among adult/child/teen areas in completely separate in parts of the house and then gather in the large kitchen/dining/family area. Everybody can have fun in their own world and house includes 6 smart internet ready TVs. We have two comfortable living rooms plus a game/TV room tucked away in the basement. The gym includes a peloton bike and free weights. There is also a large well stocked kitchen with all the amenities and a huge island for your group to gather.

Three of the four bedrooms will have AC. Fans available in each bedroom. One of the living rooms has air-conditioning.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- NO open fires or fire pits of any kind allowed anywhere outside or on deck
- Respect the neighbors
