Best Family Trip

This property was awesome! It was in a great spot as well as had all the amenities I was looking for. My kids, sister and nephews all had a great time! Plenty of room and spacious. Definitely would book again in the future!

Home away from home

First impressions, was blown away at how clean the gated community and the house was. Very relaxing environment, home was well furnished and clean. This was our first time with Champions Gate, would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be back for future vacation stays for sure

Staycation with Family

Pros: Plenty of room for my entire family to spread out. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen is nice and had everything necessary to prepare meals for your group. The management company is AMAZING! They responded very quickly when the AC wasn’t working. The theatre room was a favorite for our group. Cons: Beautiful property but it definitely needs some attention. Leather chairs in the kitchen are peeling, the bed that has the leather is also peeling. I found a long blonde hair in the bathroom attached to the room I was staying in on day one which leads me to believe the cleaning company didn’t do a thorough job cleaning. The paint in the kitchen is peeling off the wall and none of the television remotes had batteries so we had to run out and get some on day one. One of the toilets had a very slow flush so We chose not to use it to make sure we didn’t make it worse. Overall I would definitely comeback to this property to stay.

Appliances/Items need replaced

The home was very clean, very large, and accommodating for our large family gathering. The only issue we have is many of the appliances and items did not work. We had to hand wash all dishes for entire stay because the dishwasher was broken, refrigerator could not keep items cool, icemaker did not work, Keurig pot did not work, and smoke detector in the main foyer was constantly chirping despite maintenance replacing the battery multiple times. We end up removing it from the ceiling ourselves. Their maintenance crew did come to try to address these issues, but with it being the Thanksgiving holiday weekend it’s understandable that getting these items repaired was not feasible. I am wondering if any previous guests ever commented on these items? Hopefully this review will allow the management company to be able to repair the appliances and items for future families, because this is a wonderful home for anyone to use!!

Nice, but I’ve had better

Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a bad odor in the house - coming from the garage. We washed all the floors and that made a difference. The layout and accommodations were good, however, it shows it’s age…washing machine is rusted, toilet seats are scarred, blind didn’t work, headboard on bed (leather) was shredded. Disappointing for what we paid. We rented two houses in the same area and the other one was great!!
