INV 115: Comal access, pool, walk to Schlitterbahn! : Free Tubes with Rental!

Inverness 115 is a first-floor unit in the second building of the elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access. The complex is located on the right-hand side of "The Other Place Drive" It's the 2 white buildings on stilts.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.
