Redfish 3120 offers the best of both worlds—a serene lake framed by lush greenery and the endless horizon of the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Nestled between tranquil nature and coastal beauty, this spot promises a peaceful escape with all the sights and sounds of waterfront living. Speckled with pelican and sea shell motif, the beach ambiance that fills 3120 tastefully brings the outdoors in.

This two story home away from home is a vacationers dream with flat screen TVs in every room, two primary suites and jaw-dropping views of the pool deck, Redfish Lake and the Gulf.

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

There are exterior cameras on property around the pools for safety and security.


This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.

Two ways to get to the beach offer you flexibility: take the 10 minute scenic boat tour that goes through Big Redfish Lake to the soft sands of the beach or leisurely stroll through the 0.7 mile nature trail to arrive at the beach. Uniquely available to you is the ability to kayak or paddle board in Big Redfish Lake where the water is more calm to enjoy these pursuits.
