Even the kids’ bunk room will keep all your younger ones happy.
No matter if you decide to spend your day learning to stand-up paddleboard, lounging on the white sand with a cool drink or snorkeling for starfish, Sanctuary at Redfish 1105 will keep that coastal vibe going. While many beach vacation rentals also deck their walls in coastal shades, what they don’t have is the luxury upgrades of 1105! An open kitchen with smooth granite counters, shiny stainless-steel appliances, and a bar that seats four for extra dining are major perks. Plus, upgraded flooring, curved walls with inset lighting and a furnished balcony with views of the maritime forest hedged by the lake and the Gulf brings a little glam and a lot of serenity to this beach vacation rental.
We’d be remiss to not mention the master bedroom- it’s as large as some studio apartments and features a fantastic bathroom where a large tub, a glass walk-in shower and double sinks will make you feel like royalty. 1105 is a very family friendly condo with extras like highchair, pack n play and kid dishes. Oh and simply being part of Sanctuary at Redfish- a green community on a natural preserve built around the rare dune lake named “Redfish”- is a wonderful thing!
Consider its amenities- a fitness center, a fire pit overlooking Redfish Lake and the Gulf, walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools (one heated seasonally and two hot tubs, a community grill area, underground parking and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Then there is the location set between Seaside and Sandestin in the quaint community of Blue Mountain Beach, with an ice cream shop, boutiques and restaurants within walking distance. Sanctuary at Redfish is truly a magnificent gem situated on 14 beautiful acres along Scenic Highway 30A. Located in Blue Mountain Beach, just minutes from popular beachside towns of Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside, at Sanctuary at Redfish guests enjoy the luxury and serenity of one of the best vacation spots in Florida. For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door camera on front door.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.

Great place for a family vacation!
This property was even better overall than we expected by seeing the listing. It was meticulously clean and the property management co was fantastic! By far the best experience in property mngmt thus far for us with just the ease of it all, communication and the care of the property. Well oiled machine that felt personable! The unit is more spacious than the pictures can really show. We are a family of 6 and we never felt on top of each other. It’s full of luxury touches and we noticed the fireplace had been updated since the pictures. It was so organized and labeled in the kitchen and the bathrooms and more supplies than we expected. Very sweet details too like aloe under the bathroom sinks and storage containers for supplies.This unit is on the 1st floor right in front of the opening of the building and the covered portico. This made unloading and loading so easy and our car was right out in front. The back porch is spacious and we spent a lot of time there having coffee, reading, listening to the ocean sounds and bird watching! Yes, there are even bird feeders. It was lovely watching birds and rocking in the very comfortable chairs! The property is very peaceful. We wondered where everyone was but we are told that only some are rentals and many are owned. However, we met lovely renters and owners and it was meticulous. We used the boat, the grills, the hot tubs and the HEATED pool which was a total bonus during a little bit of an unusually chilly week. They also have a fire pit. The public beach is very close in walking distance and a cute ice cream shop and a restaurant. Having the private beach too was a huge plus. The boat ride feels like a couple of minutes and was so nice! We will definitely stay at the Santuary at Redfish again. Suggestions: -If possible list more of the many included items that are there. ie. croc pot, pressure cooker etc. Also, what is in storage space in the parking garage area. -Supply a full size ironing board. There is space for this in the laundry room. The mini one was very difficult to use (the iron itself was great). -Most important, upgrade or change all the mattresses to include the pull out mattress too. This is the ONLY reason we would consider another unit. We loved everything else so much! The master mattress sagged and the pull out coach our son said he could feel the coils. Amazon has inexpensive ones with great reviews. Thank you for everything!
