BEACH ACCESS
The quickest path to the beach is through the Lilly Lane walking trail (1.5 miles).
The owners often drive to the beach access to set up chairs, and then come back to walk over with the family. The quickest beach access is San Juan across 30a. The Santa Clara Regional Beach Access is about 3 miles away, and it does include restrooms and public parking. Another option is Grayton Beach State Park, which also has parking and restrooms (4 miles away). You can rent a golf cart for your stay for about $700/week. (Note that Golf carts are not allowed on the Lilly Lane walking trail.). Another easy option is taking an Uber for beach drop off and pick up. The Ubers in our area are very affordable and accessible. (Typically less than $10/trip).

ABOUT THE HOME
The vacation home itself boasts a welcoming and well-designed interior. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living area offers various seating options and features a large flat-screen TV over the fireplace, providing a cozy entertainment space.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary tools for preparing meals. The dining area accommodates eight guests, with four additional bar seats at the kitchen island, offering flexibility for group gatherings.

BEDROOMS
Relax in the king bed master suite with luxurious bath and patio access, a 2nd bedroom with a king bed and patio, a 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed, a 4th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and two full bathrooms provide comfort for everyone.

The king-master suite adds a touch of luxury with a private bath, including a relaxing soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The suite also features a large flat-screen TV and access to a patio, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining seating and a grill. The three additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, each equipped with flat-screen TVs, and there are two more full baths for added convenience.
