About our property
A spacious two story apartment with a downstairs game room, one block from main street. Two bedrooms with three queen size beds, and two futons, sleep 6. Full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Located in town next to city parking lot and one block from grocery store and sports bar. Features a fireplace, WiFi, and fully furnished. The owners have a local Web and Printing service called Tackle Box Web and Printing Inc. below the apartment. **PLEASE NOTE our Cancelation/Refund Policy - Refunds will not being given if Guests cancels the remainder booked days during their stay. We have a 14 days refund policy; 100% refund 14 days before check-in or 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund. Thank you.**

Perfect Place in Olivia

It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy the Corn Capital Days weekend. It’s really big, super clean and had everything we needed and more. The owners were also great and very responsive. We will stay again!

Excellent place for a getaway

We needed a place for a guy’s weekend getaway and it perfectly met the bill! Many beds, plenty of room to stretch out and separate area to split up. Kitchen was fully stocked and worked great. Clean and large bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Clean, comfortable and cozy! We needed a place with a kitchen to prepare food to take to a baby shower. The kitchen was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kid in our group appreciated the bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and wished she’d had more time to check out all of the games and activities provided in the living area downstairs. Thank you.

It’s a great place to stay!! Comfortable beds and furnishings, kitchen well equipped and very clean. Wonderful shower and jacuzzi. They put in a new washing machine the day we came. Great hosts!!! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

This property is perfect! Large and relaxed area. Fireplace to help warm it up. Dining area and kitchen. Very clean and beds were fantastic. Stairs were a bit of a challenge, but I have bad knees but very worth the climb. Loved it!

Spacious, beautiful and clean.

This is a really great apartment. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Nice and roomy there is plenty of space for kids, or several adults. You could easily sleep 8 if you utelize the futons. Games and amenities. Very small quiet town. Convienent to the local grocery store.

Wonderful and Thoughtful

The owners of this property have thought a lot about what their renters may need. We were there for a short time but there was so much that we may have needed already there. Our clothes for a wedding were wrinkled from being in our suitcases but no worries, there was an iron, iron board, and steamer for us to use, along with a lint roller, etc. The kids loved finding games to play for our small amount of down time. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area!
