A unique loft with amazing walkability to bars and restaurants in the Eastern Market district and within a few miles from Ford Field, Comerica Park, Fox Theatre, Little Caesar’s Arena, and the Detroit Opera House just to name a few

Loft is the perfect spot in which to luxuriate while experiencing Detroit’s explosive renaissance. Featuring an open-concept design, with high ceilings and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a large 90” flat-screen TV, and a sound bar. Perfect for relaxing and watching the game after a long day of exploring the city. The dining area features a beautiful table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal or a desk area for working from home.

This unit boasts exposed brick, custom-made kitchen cabinets, concrete countertops, and one-of-a-kind concrete floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The loft also includes a washer and dryer, making it perfect for longer stays. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with plush bedding and linens. Absolutely Amazing

Don’t worry, just book! This property is amazing. The space is open, clean and versatile (if need be). Sean was so courteous and it simply felt like an extension of being at home. The price was reasonable and well worth it. I will rebook when I return in a month or so or any other time.
