It was a great one-night stay while in town for the Tigers game Gated parking behind the building included, easy 15min walk to the people mover, and the loft was just as pictured - perfect cozy place to rest and relax. The king bed was very comfortable, space fresh and clean. We barely noticed ‘the 420’ in hallway and not at all in the loft. We’d happily return for another stay, it was a great spot in the city.

The apartment is in an old coat factory-very spacious, well furnished, clean, and with all the amenities you could want. Betty is very communicative-she even called to make sure I understood how to get in. There is also a fenced-in parking lot with a remote gate opener to keep your vehicle secure. Prospective renters should understand that it's on a street in downtown Detroit that is unrenewed, and doesn't have a particularly inviting exterior, and is not a scenic neighborhood. But if you're OK with that, it's a great apartment. Would repeat.

We loved our stay. The loft space was exactly what we expected. The pipes are loud, you can hear the neighbours, and a curtain rod fell while we were out, but I also wouldn't change a thing. I happily stay here again.

Good space for our time in beautiful Detroit! The loft was a bit off the beaten path but had a nice 15-20 min walk along the waterfront to the people mover and Woodward Ave. Not well insulated for sound as mentioned in other reviews, was only really a problem one night we were there with whoever was upstairs. Felt secure. Two flights of stairs FYI. Hallways did smell like weed, but not the inside of the unit.

Welcoming and responsive host. Good location and easy check in. Only thing to really be aware of is that the building is 420 friendly which was not overwhelming but smelled a bit like weed throughout the loft. There was a candle on the countertop but i couldn't find a lighter.

The property is located in a shared residential apartment building, and while we maintain our unit to a high standard, we do not have control over neighboring units. As with most multi-unit buildings, occasional odors from other residences can sometimes travel through shared ventilation systems. We were not notified of this concern during the stay and would have appreciated the opportunity to address it in real time. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained space and encourage guests to communicate any issues so we can assist promptly
