Just a quick 8 minute walk or 2 minute drive to lively bustling Michigan street full of restaurants, bars and shops in Corktown! This apartment building is entirely renovated from head to toe with brand new modern finishes. Located directly across from Motor City Casino, and minutes away from downtown Detroit, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, Cadillac Square, Ford Field, Detroit Riverfront, Cobo Centre, and Greektown.

My husband and I put our heart and soul into renovating the entire building so we are excited for our guests to enjoy it just as much as we do!

The unit is located in the back of the building where there are 24/7 cameras and outdoor lighting at night.

There is a camera over looking the parking lot, as well as a camera directly outside of your unit to maximize security.

We also offer a free parking spot in the back of the building to allow quick easy access to your unit.

It's important for our guests to be comfortable and feel right at home! Free wifi.

My husband and I moved to Detroit from Canada 2 years ago and absolutely love it here!
We purchased this property over a year ago and completely transformed it into an 8 unit apartment building. We put our heart and soul into renovating it and hope our guests love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Corktown is a lively bustling area filled with amazing restaurants, cocktail bars, sports bars and shops. It's also super close to all the best things in the city - from Little Caesars arena, to the DIA, to Ford Field, to downtown Detroit, to the Riverfront and more!
Our place is about a 10 minute walk to Michigan street (the strip of Corktown).

What makes this property unique

It's completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new with modern unique finishes, but still with some old charm, keeping the original exposed brick inside the units.
