Location, Location, Location! In the heart of Downtown, steps from the shops and restaurants, Sage at The Shire 255 is the perfect retreat for couples or traveling professionals looking to be in a lively and walkable area. When we say walking distance from downtown, we mean it! You will be a short distance from a number of wonderful dining options, breweries, wine shops and boutiques. Below are a few of our favorite local spots worth checking out.

Located at the front of the main residence, this quaint unit makes for the perfect getaway. The Sage Cottage features a Queen Bed and Full Size Sleeper Sofa, to accommodate up to four guests. This unit has an efficiency kitchen with full size refridgerator, two-burner stove, microwave, and toaster oven, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Our property is pet-friendly with pet fee. We kindly ask that pets stay off furniture out of respect for future guests!

Stay at the Shire

The property is well maintained and fairly easy to find. The location is great as there are shops, food, and pubs within walking distance. The house has a nice layout with a good sized bathroom and a really comfortable bed. Communication from the host was great and gave clear instructions for check in and out. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the Southern Pines area.

Great location

Three granddaughters and I stayed here. Ages 10,12 and 14. We had a lot of fun walking downtown. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay here again.
