Large apartment with new furniture and new front the best beach in Ubatuba (side view). The three suites have air conditioning in the master suite tv 42 '. Living room with TV 42 'and free wi-fi. Dining room with toilet, kitchen cabinets and laundry room with washing machine. Heated gym, sauna, games room with pool table and playground, child and adult swimming pools (cold) and hot water pool with a lovely view pro in March 24 hour concierge, covered parking space for two cars and electronic gate. Close to shopping, supermarket, pharmacy and bars.
