Apartamento Maravilhoso !!!

Fiquei hospedada com a minha família 5 dias, e foi muito gostoso. Apartamento simples mais muito aconchegante, limpo, organizado e bem tranquilo. Proprietária do imóvel Sra. Denise muito educada e prestativa , zelador Sr.Fagner muito simpático e atencioso. Ficamos em 5 adultos e 1 criança e todos fomos muito bem acomodados, passamos 5 dias curtindo muito o apartamento e as belíssimas praias de Ubatuba. Apartamento tem todos utensílios, muito bem arejado, tudo que está descrito no anúncio é real, super recomendo. Pretendo voltar o mais breve possível. rsrsrs Obrigado Denise/Julio e ao Sr.Fagner Zelador por fazer da nossa estadia uma maravilha, se sentindo em casa.

Oi julho tudo beleza. O Que eu poço dizer gostei amem adorem. Tudo certinho os três dias que passei no seu apartamento foi à realização de minha tão sonhada viagem para Ubatuba. Para meu gosto e de minha família. O apartamento foi mais que suficiente eu me senti em casa. A liberdade de poder ir e vir da praia a hora que eu quisesse. Isso me deixou fascinado. Vim embora certo de que o ano que vem querendo o meu deus. Eu volto para Ubatuba. Quero mandar também um beijo para o Fagner o zelador. Que è de extrema atenção e simpatia o meu muito obrigado. Agradeço a todos e ate mais.

Aconchegante, confortável e o necessário

Passamos um final de semana excelente no apartamento da Denise e do Júlio. Desde o início a Denise foi muito atenciosa conosco. Fomos em dois casais mas acomoda confortavelmente até 6 pessoas. O zelador do prédio, Fagner, também merece elogios pois foi extremamente solicito conosco, nos recebeu muito bem e sempre que precisávamos de alguma dica ou outra, ele estava pronto para nos ajudar. O apartamento é limpo e bem organizado. Sua localização também chama atenção, pois é perto da praia, de mercado e alguns bares/restaurantes. Valeu muito a pena nosso final de semana. Com certeza, voltaremos em breve. Parabéns Denise, Julio e Fagner.

Ficamos hospedados em 6 pessoas no carnaval. Nos acomodamos tranquilamente. Apartamento conforme as fotos, bem limpinho, ventilado e completo. Dono do apartamento super atencioso e o Zelador também. Apartamento perto de tudo. Recomendo e voltaremos. Faltou wi-fi, pois o sinal de internet 3G era muito ruim.

Limpo e funcional !

O apartamento é simples, mas tem todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha . Tem também ferro de passar e os ventiladores foram suficientes para o forte calor que fez no período em que nos hospedamos. Tudo funcionando bem( o que é muito importante). O zelador do prédio é super atencioso . Nos hospedamos em 4 pessoas e foi bem tranquilo . Faltou apenas um wifi , mas agora já tem. Recomendo! A localização é muito boa , próximo da Praia Grande , de supermercados, padaria, sorveteria, bares. E também tem acesso fácil, de carro, para outras praias, afinal Ubatuba é famosa por possuir muitas e belas praias. Gostamos muito!
