30-A Loft with Gulf Views

Studio loft with gulf views. 200 yards easy walk and access to beach. Being on a top floor loft allows for a spacious feel with high ceilings.

Renovated Dec 2023 with new kitchen, flooring throughout, paint and bathroom vanity. Access to community pool, hot tub, grill, gazebo. Upstairs loft has a queen bed plus a bunk with two queen mattresses. Downstairs sleeper sofa with queen mattress. Two free bikes for you to use. Owner and manager ready to help you have a memorable stay

Quiet hours in our building after 11 pm must be observed
Please do not leave doors open with AC running. This can cause humidity issues, and it can take a very long time to cool the condo after leaving the doors open on a hot day. If the temperature is below about 80°, feel free to leave the doors open, but make sure to turn the AC off.
