My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was very neat and clean! It’s the perfect room for a couple! The condo offers everything you need along with giving you super close access to the beach! We enjoyed every aspect of this little spot! We were in the pool and hot tub daily! Very cute studio! Decorated nicely. Kitchen well appointed.Tall balcony chairs to enjoy the view. plenty of towels.Comfy bed.The pull out couch was used for a week. My friend said it was comfy but it madea lot of noise whenever she moved! We laughed about it. The location is incredible! The grounds and pool area are lovely.Just a short walk to a beautiful sugar sand beach that borders a state park. Within walking distance to a wonderful restaurant and a great seafood store, among other places.I throughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

Great location

This condo is so close to the beach, it was great being able to walk there with our small children and all their toys. There was no need for a golf cart! We also liked how the property was towards the end of the busier part of 30A (this was during peak spring break). So while bustling, it wasn’t a wild area like we saw in Seaside. Lastly the pool area was very nice and well maintained.
