Not as described

This was our first trip to this area. The grounds are amazing. The room was okay, but the description listed a “luxurious” king bed and a sofa-it had 2 queens and they were not comfortable at all. I also tried to message the host to extend our stay by one night, but the message went to the property, not the owner.
