Kid-friendly home with both indoor & outdoor play area. Crib, highchair, baby walker & much more are available for your little ones. We pride ourselves on keeping a well-kept clean home for you to enjoy.

1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.
2/ City of Huntington Beach Ordinance - The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.
5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY
6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner is not responsible for missing packages.
7/ Please no pets!
8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.
9/ BBQ grill is available for guests to use. However, guests to provide their own propane tank at usage and clean up the grill after themselves. Excessive cleaning fee shall be requested if BBQ grill is not cleaned up at check-out.
10/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!
11/ The fire pit in the backyard will be turned OFF permanently for guest’s safety!

In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests.
