Pool and hot tub were good part of the experience. Odd communication with host: “Hi, is ok for me stop by & enter the house Check power networks I’m probably just around living room” VRBO advertises stays without host interruption and there were no issues with the power. We had reached out about the internet being down and I declined the host access while our kids were swimming. They did come by with our permission the next day while we were gone but did not confirm what if anything the addressed with visit.The dishwasher didn’t function properly and we had to use paper plates, the oven had not been cleaned for a while and we had to turn it off instead of using it to avoid a grease fire after we had warmed it up to attempt it o use it, the rooms were clean but there was an excessive amount of air fresheners in use throughout the house, the pool was advertised as heated but wasn’t heated so kids were more brave than the parents in using it.The stay was fine but not in the Exceptional category

When the internet issue was reported, we offered to stop by briefly to check the network, but fully respected your preference to schedule a later time. We only accessed the property with your permission while you were away. And we have communicated by text message that I confirm internet was fully restored We were not made aware during your stay of any concerns with the dishwasher or oven, and we would have been happy to address these immediately had we known. We regularly clean and maintain the home, and will be double-checking these items. Regarding the pool, heating can be dependent on prior notice and weather conditions, which we’re happy to clarify in advance for guests. We appreciate your stay and your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Excellent stay in Huntington Beach

Multi-age family that included kids and teens all had a great time at this property. Property manager Danielle was extremely responsive and helpful, and quickly resolved a problem with the hot tub and answered other questions promptly. It is a quick drive to the beach, grocery store in walking distance and easy access to 405 and Disneyland (30 minutes). Kids all gave it a thumbs up and would stay again.

We celebrated our anniversary and our daughter’s birthday at this home. The home was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen had the essentials to prepare and eat meals. The kitchen table was sturdy and comfortable. There were plenty of nice TVs throughout the house however our favorite part of the house was the pool and jacuzzi. A nice perk was that the pool was heated at 73 degrees everyday at no extra charge. We love the ambience of the pool waterfall, the lights and decor. We would definitely recommend and hope to return one day

Great place and central location for parks!

The place is lovely. Pool and hot tub were excellent. And the location was safe and a good central location for the beaches and the parks. Would definitely recommend. One note - there is quite a lot of road noise in the backyard and bedrooms due to the busy road.

Beautiful courtyard with Safe Neighborhood

Our family of 8 stayed here very comfortably during Thanksgiving week. We especially enjoyed the front enclosed patio and the amenities of the pool, Hot Tub and Gas fireplace in the backyard . Thank you to Danielle who had a homemade pumpkin cheesecake delivered on Thanksgiving.

Perfect for our family vacation

This worked out perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Since we spent most of our days visiting parks, we only had one rest day at the house. We all would have loved to have had more time to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was great to soak in after long days at Disneyland.
