The chalet is located in a mountainous area off the highway, Carreretera el Manguito. It is within 10 min. walking distance from the lake and 15 minutes from the main plaza downtown.

The microclimate in this area of Valle is pleasant and sunny year-round, contrary to the belief that Valle is cold. Even in December the days are warm and sunny cooling down at night, perfect for a warm sweater.

The main structure and interiors are wooden giving the space a warm and cozy feeling.

The Chalet has an extensive view of the mountains as well as the Cerro Gordo region on the opposite side of the lake.

The location of the house works well for families or groups of friends who want to visit the downtown area with its many interesting shops, restaurants and art galleries, as well as for those who want to participate in outdoor activities, sports, or other cultural events. Another important characteristic of this property is its proximity (10 minutes by car) to the hang glider launch site, as well as mountain bike and motorcycle routes in the Monte Alto reserve.
