Cozy Kamas Townhome just minutes from Park City

Situated in the Retreat at Jordanelle subdivision, this townhome is minutes from Deer Valley and Park City’s world class skiing, as well as all the fine dining and night life Park City has to offer! There is a hiking and biking trail right behind our place as well as a highly rated restaurant across the highway, the Overlook Restaurant Park City at Black Rock Mountain Resort. Close to the Jordanelle Reservoir Marina.

This open-concept, townhome is located in one of the most coveted subdivisions, Retreat at Jordanelle - offers the serenity of nature with all the comforts of home. Relax outside in the hot tub after a long day, prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and kick back in the two-story great room and watch a movie in front of the gorgeous fireplace. This home is also within walking distance of the HOA community clubhouse, where you can get in a workout or swim in the seasonal pool.

With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, our Kamas Townhome offers plenty of space for friends and family to share in the mountain magic! The primary bedroom, located off the living room, features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom.

On the top floor you'll find a second and third bedroom, both with queen beds. There is also a loft area with a foldout couch, if needed. There is one large bathroom for the top floor to share.

On the bottom floor you'll find a wonderful bunk room with a full size mattress on the bottom bunk and a single on top.
This is a perfect place for young adults or children, as there is a living room space with a TV, as well as a full bath.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Spacious home for a Park City getaway!

Perfect house for a ski weekend getaway for a few couples! Location was great for Park City, the house is way more spacious than pictures even show, super clean, host was super responsive, kitchen was actually stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful home, spacious and convenient to park city

This home was exactly what we needed for our skip trip. There were plenty of beds, showers, towels, etc. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen is well stocked. And the host was easy to reach when needed.

Well appointed Townhouse

Lovely unit. Well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen/laundry. Enjoyed the hot tub and Park City skiing! Downside….the wooden floors on the main living area squeak a lot when walked on. It was a bit annoying to those staying on the ground level beneath who were trying to rest or sleep.

We really don’t have a home base right now as our job is overseas, but, we try to get to Park City as much as possible to spend time in one of our favorite places in the world! Friedrich and I have been together for 42 years and we have 3 boys and 3 grand babies! We love skiing, rafting, hiking, golf, and all PC has to offer. We hope you do as well!!

We chose to live in the Retreats at Jordanelle because we just love the neighborhood. It is so quiet and serene, yet we know we can get to town in minutes when we feel like skiing or hitting our favorite restaurant. The best of both worlds!

What makes this property unique

Our home is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of room to enjoy time together, or find some privacy. We really enjoy the great room with our lovely fireplace.

The space downstairs in the bunk room is perfect for children, and with our three grand babies, we need it.
