*Hosts have lived in the area for 35 years and are happy to share with you our favorite spots

*House has a separate basement apartment with its own private entrance. We may use this apartment during your stay, especially if overnight property maintenance or guest services such as laundry or housekeeping are required. Otherwise, we live at a nearby cabin during the summer season.

* We have found that the majority of our guests take care good care of the place while they are visiting (have this listed on another popular site). If that is you, we will fully REFUND the cleaning fee for being a neat and tidy guest. For the refund, we ask that you simply: pick up after yourselves, put things away clean, leave used linens on the bed and towels in the shower/bath after your stay, take the garbage to curb (for weekly+ stays) and let us know what items need to be restocked (on kitchen message board) for the next guest.
