The space
Imagine a place where time slows down. Where the fire crackles, the stars shine brighter, and it feels like the world exists just for the two of you.
Welcome to The Loft — your romantic tiny home retreat tucked away on 22 acres of private, wooded land in North Florida. Whether you're celebrating an anniversary, escaping the noise, or just craving connection, this cozy home invites you to unwind, recharge, and fall back in love with the quiet.
Step inside and breathe. The warm wood interior wraps you in comfort. A plush queen bed is made with soft, upgraded linens. There’s a leather sofa for cuddling up, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a few classic games for rainy days or unplugged nights. The kitchen is equipped — simple, intuitive, and just right for slow breakfasts and easy dinners.
Pour a cup of coffee and step onto the covered porch. Watch the trees sway. Hear the wind move. No agenda, no noise — just time together.
At sunset, light the charcoal grill, pour something cold, and follow it with fire pit stargazing under string lights. It's a rhythm couples crave — cozy, connected, quiet.

* Downtown Live Oak – 5 minutes to coffee shops, cafés, antiques, and small-town charm
* Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park – 6 minutes to live music, festivals, and riverside gatherings
* Suwannee Springs & River – 10 minutes to kayaking, swimming, and forest trails
* Royal Springs – A local gem for diving, floating, or sunbathing together in calm, spring-fed water
* Peacock Springs (Wes Skiles State Park) – Peaceful park trails and renowned underwater cave diving
* Ichetucknee River – 30 minutes to the state’s most iconic tubing and kayaking adventure — float through pristine, turquoise springs

This is more than a stay. It’s a feeling. A reset. A weekend made for long conversations, quiet mornings, and starlit nights.
We’ve thought of everything:
Coffee pot + kettle for slow mornings
Fire pit with outdoor string lights
Plush towels, soft linens, and a peaceful queen bed
Solar-lit private drive for safe, easy arrivals
Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games — or the option to unplug
No cleaning checklist. No stress. Just arrive, breathe, and enjoy each other.
Please note: Due to the untamed nature of our setting, we do not recommend bringing pets.

About the host
Hosted by Cyndi

Our children are 7th generation Suwannee county residents. So basically, we've lived here for a while. I love to share what our little county has to offer. We enjoy kayaking, late night fires and all the wild animals here.
Why they chose this property
This property is 22 acres. Almost completely wooded and very private. It's quiet and has numerous deer, turkeys and squirrels.
What makes this property unique
Our property is only 400 sq ft... We like to say the perfect size for 2 people. I really like that you are in the "woods" but within 3 minutes you can grab something you forgot from town or have an unforgettable meal and adult beverages at The Brown Lantern or The 406.
