We are nestled on the back of a lush, 22 acre, wooded property. Our gated and private drive is lit with solar lights for ease and security. Our cozy loft provides a soft Queen size bed, a shower with linens, dishes and small appliances for the times you want to stay here and enjoy a meal. Our little living area is perfect for the two of you to enjoy some of our games or to relax on the leather sofa and read a book. Our loft offers many outdoor adventures. That's why it's the perfect escape to reconnect with nature. Wild turkey and deer will be a treat while savoring your favorite coffee under the sunroof porch or basking in the warmth of a fire by our fire pit. With a short, three minute drive to downtown Live Oak, you can indulge in a delectable dining experience at an array of restaurants. We’re nestled just 6 miles away to the renowned Suwannee River. Immerse yourself in canoeing and festive events at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park. You can also explore world, famous natural springs, inviting you to dive into the beauty of underground caves and parks across Suwannee, and its charming neighboring counties. Beautiful tiny home in the country

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here! We built a fire, enjoyed the string lights in the evening, and we were only a 15 minute drive from the Florida Folk Festival. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, the kitchen had everything we needed. There were only a few little things I would improve- lamps and a night stand next to the bed, one of the burners didn’t work on the two burner stovetop, we couldn’t find the DVD remote, and the bathroom gets pretty warm without air circulation, so it would be nice if there were a shade on that window. The only reason it’s rated 4/5 for cleanliness is that there were some cobwebs in the light fixtures. Not a big deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, it was so nice to come back to AC and a cool shower in this cute little house.

Great getaway with soft bed

Loved this area, the property, and the loft. I wish there'd been screens so I could let the fresh air flow instead of using the wall unit and the bed was very soft so not great for bad backs. But otherwise, the place was very clean, cozy, and we could see all the stars in the sky!

Great quiet getaway

Loved our few days here in this quiet cabin feeling one with nature and away from all the hustle and bustle. In its simplicity, the amenities were great. The super comfy bed, nice little leather sofa, plush linens, and well equiped kitchen. It all felt very special and we hope to one day return again.

Our children are 7th generation Suwannee county residents. So basically, we've lived here for a while. I love to share what our little county has to offer. We enjoy kayaking, late night fires and all the wild animals here.

This property is 22 acres. Almost completely wooded and very private. It's quiet and has numerous deer, turkeys and squirrels.

What makes this property unique

Our property is only 400 sq ft... We like to say the perfect size for 2 people. I really like that you are in the "woods" but within 3 minutes you can grab something you forgot from town or have an unforgettable meal and adult beverages at The Brown Lantern or The 406.
