Wonderful outdoor living with 2 view-oriented patios, Wolf gas barbecue grill, chaise lounges - truly a private sanctuary for quiet enjoyment and solitude.

Gorgeous, fully furnished, one bedroom, one bathroom chic flat. Walk down the lit stone walkway to your own apartment that overlooks a secluded wooded acre. This contemporary flat includes special touches such as a gourmet kitchen with butcher block countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, and stove/oven/dishwasher. Bathroom remodeled with Carrera marble tile floor, vanity and sink. Relax and have the time of your life on the patio where you can watch the sun set behind the Golden Gate Bridge.

It's only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to picturesque downtown Tiburon. Dine in one of many romantic restaurants, shop, or catch the ferry to explore Sausalito or San Francisco. If you're feeling more adventurous, head to Angel Island and bike or hike the trails. Board the ferry in downtown Tiburon and arrive at the landmark Ferry Building in San Francisco within 25 minutes. Enjoy the Farmer's Market, Hog Island oysters, and great food stalls, restaurants, and cafes. You have to see it in person! The pictures do not do it justice. It looks like you could reach out and touch San Francisco, Sausalito, and the Golden Gate Bridge with your fingertips. When I saw this property 25 years ago the views were so mesmerizing, I knew that this is where I wanted to be!

For those who enjoy walks, there are forested public stairways and winding paths that lead into the town of Tiburon (maps provided). The property is so close to San Francisco and the adjacent towns of Sausalito and Mill Valley, yet you can enjoy the privacy of your beautiful flat that sits on a wooded, private acre of land.
