A 3000sf land with a little garden and a car porch that can fit in 4 cars. The total livable in door area is 1800sf.

This house is suitable for those out of states travellers with own vehicle, as this place is not well served by our public transport system.

The Interior:
The ground floor consists of 1 living room, 1 dining area with a table for 6, an extended kitchen, 1 bathroom, plus 1 bedroom which is equipped with one double-decker bed. This room is equipped with wall mounted fan only .

The First Floor:
It consists of another 3 rooms + 2 baths

1 Master bedroom (Queen bedded) with attached bathroom,

1 Queen bedded room, and 1 double single-bedded room, plus a separated toilet.

All rooms on 1st floor are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fan.

BREM MALL is just 10 min walking distance.
PWTC, KLCC Convention Centre are around 10km
Famous eateries are just a short driving distance away.

NOTE: A RM200 refundable deposit will be collected upon check in. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours from check out with the condition that there being no damage done or no missing item reported.

The Host is a gentlemen, he was very adjustable, even we late check in also he was waiting for us.

The location was near to the main road and some shops at walkable distance. The house was maintained in a good manner, will recommend to my friends.

Had an absolutely fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend this property. The owner bent over backwards to accommodate us and went out of his way to ensure everything we needed was there. The property is very large and can easily accommodate the number of guests as quoted. We found the surrounding area to be clean, safe and quiet. All rooms come with air conditioning and basic facilities like Wifi (suitable for checking emails etc) and limited satellite television were also provided. As we were out most of the time we made no use of the kitchen (again, massive). We certainly won't be booking a hotel on our next trip to Malaysia and hope to stay here again (and again, and again!). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Outstanding value for money.

Very good place to stay at KL. I felt better than city stay as all places were 10KM away which took only within 20 RM by taxi. The comfort in the apartment was good and homely for a family stay. The host Heng is an excellent man by himself who helped us a lot from day I till the end. He guided us the route, taxi and shopping....nice experience...

The house was very spacious as advertised and we were able to fit 3 cars in the parking space. The rooms were clean and tidy when we checked-in. Suggestions for improvements: 1. Having an air-con in the bottom room would be better. 2. The water speed in the 1st floor shower was slow. Thus, it took awhile when showering. Having a faster speed would be nice. The location of the house was also nice as it is away from the noisy city area. It is a quiet area as well. Overall, my family and I had an enjoyable time. Thank you Mr Zee for the hospitality and accommodation.

Stayed here to attend an event at KLCC. Very big, spacious and clean. Comfortably fit us 9 girls in the house. Host Mr Heng is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for guests with own car for transport. Minor issue with the bathroom door hinge that can't close fully. Just some suggestions, change to white lights (instead of yellow) at the dressing table in master bedroom because it will be easier to put on makeup with white lights. Wifi facility would be an added bonus. Overall, very satisfied during our stay here! Price is very worth the stay. Will surely choose to come back and stay here during my next trip with big group of friends :) thank you for a wonderful experience Mr Heng!
