Your Preferred Homestay USJ9 Subang Jaya


Pursuant to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have adopted a recommended initiative to sanitise the interior contacts of the homestay with nano mist surface disinfectants upon every every guest checkout.

The homestay is located in USJ Subang Jaya, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. USJ9 is adjacent to Taipan Subang Jaya in USJ10, a vibrant business hub with many fine dining places. This is a fully-furnished home, purposefully furnished with a modern, contemporary interior decor. Its ambience finds no parallel in the Homestay market in the Subang Jaya community. Cleanliness is a priority, a hallmark of this Homestay. Every effort has been made to make your stay a pleasant one!

The home comes furnished with high speed 100 Mbps WiFI, hot water, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, Netflix and access to your favourite streaming apps. We also provide an enhanced table-top water purifier which dispenses hot / cold water to enable your making your favourite drinks anytime.

All four rooms and the living cum dining area, a large expanse of space, are all air-conditioned. We have actual beds for 10 adults, and in addition, 4 single, foldable mattresses.

The homestay is minutes away from Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon, Da Men, One City and also, just adjacent to Taipan, Subang Jaya's hip commercial area.

Very family friendly properly. Spacious with plenty of rooms for our entire family to be comfortable. Loved that there was a washer and DRYER as well as a drinking water filtration system. I appreciated the hosts hospitality and prompt communication. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable and we look forward to staying again next time we are in KL!

Great family accomodation

Stayed for 11 nights. A great place to stay. FK is a wonderful and attentive host and is quick to respond to any queries as they arise. Home is spotless and the price of the stay included 2 professional cleans, fresh linen and towels. Bedrooms are huge, plus renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Suits large family groups from young through to elderly. Large ground floor bedroom and bathroom suited elderly guest. All bedrooms are generously proportioned. Plenty of eating options within a couple of minutes drive. Highly recommended.

Spacious Property in a Quiet neighborhood

Terrific stay at this tidy, nicely decorated and well-appointed property. Owner is very helpful, offered local tips, and is responsive to inquiries and questions. Next time in KL would gladly stay here again.
