With only a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach, as well as a plethora of award winning restaurants and bars this condo provides the perfect location for your stay. After your day at the beach, prepare to chill out in style in this professionally decorated modern art-deco loft with thirteen-foot ceilings, stainless steel fans and exposed duct work. Large windows provide plenty of natural light as well as a nice view of the antique street lighting and brick sidewalks on the quaint 4th avenue. Enjoy the ocean breeze on the extended private terrace that gives you plenty of room to stretch out on the couch or have a sunset soaked happy hour cocktail. Great Location, Fun Condo, Easy and Perfect

A super fun condo for a large family or group of friends - literally ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING that you could need during a stay is available in this home. It is a great location, just steps from everything and an open and modern and clean space to hang out, watch a movie, listen to music, cook a large meal and relax or spread out on the terrace... the pool area is also just out of the door and up the stairs adjacent to the apartment and super convenient. The only thing I would mention (wasn't a problem for us) is that there is zero privacy for noise, conversations, etc. as the very high ceiling area is shared throughout and walls do not go nearly all the way up and only a curtain separating the master to the living room - so essentially, a big open space. If you were a couple wanting some 'private interaction time', this would not be happening. 😂 Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect for my younger kids, as well as my university aged children who visited and family who dropped by. We would absolutely stay there again when back in the US!

Great loft style condo in the heart of Delray. I enjoyed the great outdoor deck and the convenience of the location. Tons of natural light and Cathy and Charles were great hosts.

Wonderful location!

This apartment is in an excellent location. Walking distance to all if the shops and restaurants. I stayed here for 6 months and loved every minute. The apartment has everything you need. All kinds of kitchen gadgets, beach towels. Very large patio that looks over the street. The pool is just a short walk down the stairs. Very clean, I highly recommend staying here. My original lease was for just 3 months but I loved it so much I stayed longer. The owner Kathy is wonderful to deal with. I would go back! The picture and description is very accurate.
