Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland and Vail are all within a short 15-35 minute drive. The mudroom has plenty hooks and shelves and a ski rack to store and organize of your gear. Your sleeping quarters are 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin bunk bend) and a full-size pullout sofa in the living room. This apartment allows you to relax and cook in the full kitchen, or with popcorn and a movie on the sofa, or steam up in the private sauna after a long day on the slopes. Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a real local's neighborhood adjacent to downtown. We chose it to raise our family which is now pretty grown up. This neighborhood is a great way to avoid the hustle of high season while being so close to it all.

What makes this property unique

We have a private gate to Rainbow Park and sledding hill and it is a 1-block walk to the Rec Center pool and gym.
