This home is within 15 miles from virtually every Atlanta sight seeing location.
5-10 minute drive to multiple Atlanta Public Transit train (MARTA) stops.
25-30 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Airport.
The space
Single family private residence located minutes from I85.
Bedrooms are located upstairs, while offering room for the family to spread out downstairs.
Backyard has turf, several flower beds, partial treeline, bird feeders and a fenced in pool.
A hidden oasis in the big city.
*NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood and our home.

Pool is seasonal and not heated. If booking in the months of May and September, please double check to make sure the pool is open.
Swim at your own risk, we assume no liability, and children should not be left unattended in the pool area.
PLEASE BE SMART AND SAFE!!
Absolutely no glass allowed in the back yard or pool area.
Please do not touch any of the pool pump, filter equipment behind half fence. Touching this equipment while in use could cause severe injury or worse.
Please contact us immediately with any pool maintenance questions or concerns.
*Skimming pool for leaves is permitted.
**If glass is found in the pool after your stay, there will be a $1,000 cleaning, and pool refilling charge.
