This classic chalet features 3-bedrooms spanning two levels, with the master bedroom perched on the mezzanine. On the first floor, discover a bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom with two Twin over Double bunk beds. The master bedroom features a King bed, an en suite bathroom, and a soothing dry sauna.
Indulge in the fully equipped kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the open-plan living and dining room. A cozy wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect ambiance, while the spacious layout offers plenty of room for your entire group to relax. Step outside to enjoy two decks complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill—ideal for al fresco dining and taking in the fresh air.

Ce chalet classique comprend 3 chambres réparties sur deux niveaux, la chambre principale étant située en mezzanine. Au rez-de-chaussée, découvrez une chambre avec un lit king-size et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits superposés (un lit simple au-dessus d’un lit double). La chambre principale dispose d’un lit king-size, d’une salle de bains attenante et d’un sauna sec apaisant.

CITQ# 312051 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

The apartment itself is spacious and extremely well stocked. The kitchen included cooking oil, salt/pepper, coffee and sugar which is rare but appreciated! We also were able to get an early check in for a fee which was helpful. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working for the duration of our stay. Beware that the shades do not block the lights from the parking lot which are on all night in the front room with the single beds, so you will want to bring eye masks. Communication with the owner was ok. They were prompt to reply but not always helpful. When we asked to extend the trip, they would only do so outside of VRBO which we were not comfortable with and declined. When we asked about the shuttles, they linked us to a page that did not have shuttle information, which made it clear that they were not truly locals that knew how to navigate the advertised amenities.
Très beau coins , chaleureux et bien équipé! Je suggère si vous avez des enfants en bas de 3 ans un autres condo sans escalier hahah mon bébé de 1 ans voulais sans cesse monté dans la chambre en haut ! Sinon tout étais bien!
