The apartment is located in Via Giuseppe Ravizza: a silent and quiet street. It has an indipendent entrance from a private courtyard. The patio is at the guests disposal.
The studio is at the ground floor.It's a quiet and silent place whrere you can sleep at night.
It's about 40sm (with A/C) and it consists of living room with a Murphy bed sleeping 2,a super confortable pullout couch sleeping another 2, table seating 4, 32' LCd fully digital TV , DVD player. Separate fully furnished kitchen, washing machine. Very big luxurious and UNIQUE bathroom with jacuzzi seating 2, Separate shower. Towels and Linen included. All utilities included. Complimentary WI-FI internet access & A/C, Iron +board, hairdryer.

5 Windows: 2 In The Bathroom; 1 In The Kitchen: 2 In The Room.

It's never been easier to reach your Home in Rome from Fiumicino airport: Jump in the train and get off at TRASTEVERE STATION.
The apartment is located in a residential area where real people live: away from the touristic confusion close to the city center. There is a private coutyard where you can start your day pouring and sipping your tea or coffee... warming up.... getting ready to throw yourselves.... back to the past in the Eternal City.

With a 10 minutes ride on tram line 8 you will be in the very heart of Trastevere with his characteristic restaurants, crowded 'Piazza's' and sleepless nightlife. If you get off at the following stop you will be in Largo di Torre Argentina (city center). From there you can walk to the main city attractions: Foro Romano, Pantheon, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Colosseo etc.

This was our first time in Rome and we had an amazing experience. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Super comfortable and in close proximity to public transportation which is the best method to travel in Rome. David was a great host. He took the time to explain everything to us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good trip. I would highly recommend this place for 2 people and we might be back!

Super nice place

During summer I had a week course in Rome and stayed at David’s place. He was very welcoming and explained everything well. It was a perfect apartment to stay for 7 days with a cosy living area, full equipped kitchen and an outstanding bathroom. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to several public transport options who will bring you in short time to the city centre. The Trastevere railway station is just around the corner and has a direct train to the airport.

Wonderful Place

We spent just over 2 weeks in the apartment and had an absolutely wonderful time. The unit was clean, had a big bathroom and was perfect for us. The neighborhood was great and met all our needs during our stay. There is a local market along with a bakery on the corner which is owned by a couple for 50 years. Getting into Rome to see the sites was easy. David was a fantastic owner and is extremely personable and takes pride to ensure everything worked in the apartment and that we had what we need for our stay. We highly recommend his apartment and look forward to returning in the future.

Home Away from Home - sums up my week stay experience at David's place. The beautiful apartment is equipped with all amenities a traveller could need. David was a gracious host and provided all information prior to and at checkin for a convenient stay. He gave recommendations for sightseeing and also showed me a few non touristy places. The amazing jacuzzi is a masterpiece!!!! He also helped book me a transfer from/to airport for a very early morning checkin. Highly recommend making this your accommodation in Rome! I would love to stay at this place again.

My daughterand I stayed for three nights. The apartment is lovely and was very comfortable for the three of us. We had a fantastic stay at David's !! The location is fantastic - the accomodation is very quiet, clean and there is enough space considering the low price we paid. The bathroom is just spotless..and the jacuzzi FANTASTIC!!!.There is also a separate shower which was a big plus.The Ktchen is fully stocked and we had breakfast and dinner at home every day and I even learned how to make true Italian coffee ! Best Stay !!!!!

The most spacious room is the bathroom, but the shower was very tiny. The kitchen was very small. Unfortunately, the apartment had a very strong cigarette smell. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The enterance way was well maintained. The living quarters was too tiny for 3 people. We would not recommend this property for more than 2 people.

For me and my wife was an excelent expirience our three days in Rome, and David Studio was part of our excelent expirience. The apartment it is so much confortable, the location it is near to the Tram station and also near to Trastevere Train Station to connect to airport Fumicino. David was an excelent guide and explain so very detailed how to reach each place of interest in Rome, and also how to reach the supermarket and other places of interst near the Studio. The wifi internet connection and the fantastic Jacuzzi were an absolute plus!! I recommend to other the use of the Lovely Studio of David near to Trastevere.

Lovely Studio in Trastevere

This property was very pleasant and truly was what we thought of a "home away fro home." It is located in a quaint little neighborhood where everything you need is within less than a five minute walking distant. It was easy to find, once directions were given and located to train stations and tram stops that made accessing Rome quite easy. It is located in a safe location and the people in the neighborhood are quite friendly. Our renter, David, was wonderful. He gave a wonderful tour and was always on hand and easy to reach when we needed too. The apartment was the perfect size for my mother and I and provided the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and take advantage of this "home away from home."

a wonderful apartment

This apartment was better than we could have hoped for.The apartment is exceptionally quiet. The photos do not do justice to this compact but exceptionally well designed property. Easily large enough for the two adults in our party. It was very clean and well maintained with those little extras supplied (a bottle of wine and some chocolate and goodies !) that made the place a delight. Trastevere is a safe, lively area with many great restaurants. David was extremely helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived. Wonderful service. We would not hestitate to recommend this property to friends (we already have).

Great location, amazing bathroom &terrific service

When I arrived to my beautiful garden terrace flat David was there to meet me and direct me in the use of the amenities. The garden terrace was perfect for my morning coffee but it was the beautiful jacuzzi tub that attracted me to this flat. Everything I needed was supplied and the location was perfect. David also coordinated my pick up and drop off to and from the airport. A grocery store just minutes away in each direction, restaurants and cafes everywhere and the heart of Rome was a 15 minute train trip that was so easy to navigate that even a directionally challenged person like myself had no issues. I look forward to a return stay and would not hesitate to recommend this home to any traveler.

Perfect spot to stay when exploring Rome!

The listing is accurate. It is a studio apartment in the local area of Rome. The patio was not available due to construction, but we were informed of that as soon as we booked. Bus & metro transportation worked perfect to get us from here to the Centre of Rome. It was clean & had the best host. David met us outside the apt upon our arrival around midnight & was available the entire time. He provides detailed information to help you explore the city most efficiently! Above & beyond! Great spot to rest your head while you're exploring Rome during the day!

A cute immersion

It was the first time I use Homeaway for my holidays. Thanks to David, I will renew the experience. My boyfriend and me had to reserve the studio during 1 week. On arrival, David gave explanations, advice concerning the studio and Roma. If you have a question, David is available and accommodating. A GREAT EXPERIENCE at David's

We stayes at David's next door apt as this one was booked. Our stay in David's apartment was absolutely amazing!! We had the best time. David was wonderful with his directions on how to get to the apartment and we had no trouble reaching it in a city we had never been to before. He greeted us at the house and even took us on a short tour of the neighborhood just to make sure we were settled in and had everything that we needed. Walking around sure makes your feet sore so it was awesome to be able to soak them in such an amazing set up!! Once again David made us feel very comfortable in his home. Any time we are back in Rome we would LOVE to stay here!!! Thanks for everything David!!

Stay in Trastevere

We loved our stay!!!!! The apartment is adorable and we fell in love with Trastevere. It is very close to tram lines and we got everywhere. Take the tram to the BELLI stop and there is a ton of great restaurants which were inexpensive and excellent. Take it to Argentine and you can walk to all of the sites. Dav gave us great directions to everywhere. Transportation is really inexpensive. We liked having our own little apartment. The bath is great!! At the end of a long walking day we enjoyed Limoncello in the jacuzzi. Dave showed us around the neighborhood. He was a great host! It made Rome such a friendly place. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dav!

Loved this apartment

I will begin by saying, "Thank you, David, for a wonderful Roman experience!" We stayed at the next door apt as this one was booked and David offered us the next door which was available .The owner is very quick to respond to all emails making communication quite easy and phone calls unnecessary. He arranged our pickup to and from the airport making our travel experience so much easier! David met us at the apartment with a very warm welcome, expert advice, and a map of the surrounding area.One step out the front door and there are all shops needed and much much more within walking distance. The apartment fit our family of 4 very comfortably. I highly recommend a stay at David's apartments . I know we will aim to return to Rome, but now without calling David first!!!

Lovely apartment GREAT helpful owner.

GREAT apartment with very well equipped kitchen. Delightful patio for a morning coffee or an alfresco meal. VERY well connected by the#8 tram and multiple buslines that stop several blocks from the apartment, and the F1 trains from Trastevere station. The apartment was very clean, and stocked with more of the basics than other apartments we've rented in Italy. The washer was a huge bonus. Luxury bathroom with nice shower and jacuzzi spa lets you relax after a long day seeing the sites of Rome. David is what makes this a truly special place, he provides great tour books, a bus map, maps and very good advice to get the most out of your stay. Gelatto, pastry shop, and restaurants, fruit and vegetable market, and coffee bars are all close by. He also arranged for a car service to pick us up for an early trip to the airport. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to: Seasoned travellers who like to have a retreat from the touristy areas Novice travellers who will benefit from David's advice as the fun neighborhood atmosphere Budget travelers--the ability balance dining out and meals prepared in the cute kitchen and dine in the garden with a nice bottle of wine and being able to do laundry at the apt saves a bundle.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit großer Terrasse in einer Nebenstraße. Das Bad ist der Hammer.Caffe-Bar, Supermarkt und Restaurants nur 200-400 Meter entfernt.
