About this property

Brand new built 2024 house 5 bedroom 4 baths. GORGEOUS private and wooded setting tucked up on a ridge just outside of town. There is NOTHING more beautiful than Benzie Skies !1-2 miles from Crystal Lake 1 mile from Frankfort and 14 minutes to Crystal Mt Resort. We are the gateway to Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is one of 3 new build properties that we have available - so we have excellent options to accommodate from large to extra large groups.
Close to everything but lots of privacy- Watch the sunset through the filtered Pines or jump in your car and be a t Lake Michigan in 2 minutes- you can see a sliver of the big lake from our front driveway looking west through the Famous Frankfort Gateway sign ! Walking through the forest last Spring at the end of mushroom season we found 2 huge morel mushrooms so we are hoping to be able to find more this Spring. we have begun creating trails into the woods so go ahead and explore....you might find moss covered rocks stacked mysteriously stacked in mounds with ......what could they be ? Who stacked them in this manner a long time ago...,,if you love exploring this is the place for you and your group !

I am a Real Estate Broker and my husband a Builder. We are from Genesee county and have been coming up to Benzie for many years now (we are also very easy to contact personally ! ). We never get tired of witnessing Northern Michigans constant natural beauty and peace that it brings to our souls. I post many pictures of the area and love to share them ! We are very excited to share our Dream with others that have the same passion of the area as us or of course introduce the area to those curious on what we all are so passionate about ! We own 3 homes in this area so we are able to support groups for larger events also.

It is quite simply absolutely beautiful here. We are not only centrally located to the beauty of Northern Michigan but have a large amount of privacy for you and your group. Its very easy to get to any of the dozens of attractions in the area. The best of both worlds for a low stress vacation experience.

We have many options for different sized groups and all of our properties are new homes that we have we built specifically designed for your enjoyment and your parties vacation experience. Not only are all of your basic amenities as far as paper products supplied but many extras-easy to prepare-canned goods -mac-n-cheeses-butter-dried soups and such- that are not offered on most other vacation homes. We are here to make it easy for you and your Group ! I love to cook and keep many of the necessary staples available that easily get missed on your shopping trip to the grocery- from many dried whole food type spices, coffee beans-2 coffee pots ! We are coffee snobs -ha- to dozens of different shapes and sizes of cookware, bowls, utensils cups and such. We furnish all of our homes as if we lived there full time to make it as low stress of a stay as possible !
