About this property
The Jalan Ipoh Homestay
Experience and feel a typical Kuala Lumpur neighbourhood home and streets during your trip here.
Rent A House,
(A) either a 3 rooms for up to 6 persons (1 level) at the price of RM250 per nite or,
(B) 6 rooms (both ground and 1st floor) the entire house for up to 12 persons for RM500 per nite.
In stead of renting at hotel. The price for a night's stay at our house is cheaper than the price of a 2 rooms at a budget hotel.
A mere 10 minutes drive from City center and surrounded by famous restaurant within minutes of walking distance.
Please note: A RM100 refundable deposit will be collected upon check in. The deposit will be refunded within 2 days upon check out clearance whereby there being no damage done or no missing items.
House Rules: 1. NO SMOKING
2. NO PETS
3. NOT FOR PARTY
4. Non Halal - Food Not Allowed
4. keep noice low after 8pm as it is a residential home area.
