The picture's are very accurate of this apartment and we found it excellent for our needs - Bruno and his team did an amazing job , This was my 5th visit to Phuket and it was time to shift out of the expensive hotel market and into a reasonability priced condo - this fitted the needs perfectly and we will recommend to other or stay there again ourselves !!!.
As the premises are elevated on a hillside it has a steep drive way which was no problem for us as we always hire scooters every time we visit ( put it this way , I wouldn't want to walk up and down it each day ) ,
Some costs for those who are interested -
We kept the air-con running for the 8 days as we were too lazy to turn on and off and the power bill was a cheap $1000 baht .
Although there is a shuttle available a tuk tuk to town for $200 baht local rate for in Karon area , our scooter at $1100 baht for the 7 days so that's a no brainer, Phuket is really safe to ride so don't be put off !!! ( we had 4 of them so we were able to negotiated a good deal ..PS carry a drivers licence when going further than Karon as there are check points and you will get a fine $500 baht if you have no licence.
Finally we have stayed in Kamala and Karon before and find Karon slightly more user friendly especially if you have familyhow ever its only 10 mins to get into Patong for a bit of night live and a great outing on the scooters.
There is Plenty of fresh fruit around the $30-50 baht range bread from 711 across the road $50 baht for breakfasts when eating in or there is a restaurant across the road for a quick snack not very flash but clean and good food - $60 baht for fried rice or noodle dish - one final note the market at the temple top end of Karons main street on Wednesday and Saturday nights has great food and for those a little shy to eat from street vendors this is a safe option and your to try !!!
