Newly renovated Palm Desert condo in the gated community of Royal Palms. The complex has 2 pools , hot tubs and fitness facilities.This is a nicely furnished 975 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 full bath ground level condo.

Walk out the patio door and you are just a few steps away from a quiet relaxing day at the pool and hot tub.

There are 2 bedrooms , one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. In addition , there is a queen sofa bed available in the living room. There are two full bathrooms with shower and tub. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you require to make you feel at home. There is a separate laundry room complete with a dryer and new washing machine. The unit has been newly painted throughout and has new tile flooring.

Conveniently located to shopping , golf courses, casinos, great restaurants, The Living Desert , and numerous other attractions.

Affordable long term stay in quiet neighborhood

I needed a home base for 3 months as I traveled back and forth from MN to CA and this condo was perfect for my needs. In a quiet, gated community with 2 pools, I had all I needed to be comfortable. Well equipped with all I needed, one level so no neighbors above or below, 2 assigned parking spots (one covered!), and close to main roads for easy access to the Coachella Valley.

Secure complex, renovated in Palm Desert

I stayed at this condo for a month in September, 2015 when I was relocating to the desert. The owners are excellent and very responsive. The condo was clean and newly renovated. There are 2 large bedrooms, large master walk in closet, 2 large bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. It is completely furnished with a flat screen TV and all of the linens, towels and kitchen utensils. It is a home away from home. There are two pools and a fitness center. It is about a mile from Albertson's market with shops and restaurants close by. It is about 2 miles from the 10. This is a perfect condo for someone considering relocation or for a vacation. Part of the summer, the pool was used at night by some teens. That was the only noise I encountered during my stay as one of the pools backs up to the guest bedroom and living room. Everything is on one floor. If the condo had not already been booked for a few months in the winter, I would have stayed there long term.
