Freshly painted, new travertine tile throughout and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your visit. The primary suite has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. HD TVs, Wi-Fi and long-distance US and Canada for your use and enjoyment. You will awaken to the East morning sun and a fantastic view of the 13th fairway. The patio has been extended and beautifully tiled and is a lovely space for outdoor entertaining or relaxing. Several pools are just an easy walk away. License #STR2024-0140

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge and a full service tennis program.
