Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and your party may be evicted without refund.

The cabin was a amazing, had just about everything. Wish there was access to a washer and dryer and a broom. But other than that the place was very cozy my kids loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Parking was okay, but could really need specific designation and could be better. Everything in the cabin was very clean and tidy. Although the cabin is pet friendly, there is only a very small area for them to potty. Overall we were very pleased with our stay I would definitely recommend this cabin!

"Haven" was Great

Top notch cleanliness, well appointed, comfy beds, great location! Only minor complaint would be parking, which is side of road parallel parking, and the road is on a VERY steep hill. Highly recommend, and would stay again!

Wonderful retreat

A very nice cabin in a very nice neighborhood. The air conditioner worked so much better than other places we have stayed. It’s really close to Gatlinburg yet you don’t hear the noise or see a ton of traffic. I would stay again.

Beautiful house in the mountains!

This property was incredible. It’s off the beaten path and the space was terrific for my family of 4 plus our little pup. The game area was a bonus as was the hot tub. The check in process was so easy and the house was extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay!

Check in was easy. The cabin was well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing I could suggest for future guests would be to label the light switches. It was a bit confusing to figure out which switch controls what.Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Beautiful Property

The stay was overall great! The home is very beautiful and clean feeling. It is very close to Gatlinburg. The advertisement for free tickets is a little misleading in regards to the free tickets to Dollywood. You get one free ticket a day per day. The tickets do not combine for the total days stayed. Clarification up front on that would be nice. The communication with the owners are very responsive.

Not clean - poor communication with management

We never actually stayed at the property. Although we were told check-in was at 4 PM and would be notified if it was ready earlier, we received a message at 3:08 PM saying it was clean and ready. We arrived around 5:30 PM after grocery shopping, only to find the place had not been cleaned. The upstairs appeared partially done—there was hair on the pillows and the comforter was on upside down.Tired and hoping to relax, we called the management. Instead of a sincere apology and prompt resolution, we got excuses about being busy and trouble operating their system. I had to call back to ask what the plan was. The alternative cabin they offered was 30 minutes away and far from the “luxury” we originally booked. On top of that, there was no offer of compensation other than another DW ticket more delays on the entry code, and was ignored multiple times by the manager Jesse. Very disappointing experience overall

When that wasn’t what you wanted, we offered to move you to an alternative cabin and also provided a refund. Our goal was always to make things right, and we did everything we could to accommodate your needs, but we understand that you chose not to accept these solutions. We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our guest experience.
