We are John and Frances, a couple who is passionate about historic homes and home renovation. We have made it our mission to breathe new life into old houses, blending their timeless charm with modern touches. Renovation projects are not just a hobby for us they are a way of life.
When were not immersed in our latest project, you will find us in the kitchen. Were also huge fans of college football.
Why they chose this property
The house is located 3 houses down from the elementary school. In an area referred to as Sugar Bottom by the locals. The neighborhood is very quiet and the street does not go through so there is very little traffic. It is close but not too close to the railroad tracks. The trains come through a few times per day. You will frequently hear train whistles and church bells from the historic churches in the area.
