Welcome to Elsbeth House! This spacious home contains three individual apartments in one historic triplex dating back to 1912. It has been completely renovated and designed with your comfort in mind. An easy walk (just 1.5 blocks) from Bishop Arts District!

Apartment 1 - Downstairs - The Santiago - 3bd/2ba
Apartment 2 - Upstairs - The Godwit - 1bd/1ba
Apartment 3 - Upstairs - The Valdivian - 1bd/1ba
This is a triplex. The Santiago is the largest and only downstairs apartment with 3 bd/2ba. It has two king beds and two twin beds. The Godwit is the upstairs apartment on the north side, which has a double bedroom with attached bathroom. It has a king bed and two twin beds. The Valdivian is the smallest apartment upstairs on the south side of the home with 1 bd/1ba. It has a king bed. Each of the three apartments has it's own living room, dining room, and kitchen. All primary bedrooms have large SmartTVs in addition to all living rooms.

Updated historic triplex in quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to beautiful parks, shops, restaurants and entertainment in Bishop Arts District! The convenient location is on the Dallas Streetcar line with the station just a 5 minute walk. The line ends at the Dallas Convention Center, which is also close to Deep Ellum DART station. Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, or a 15 minute easy walk on a flat sidewalk. This is the best location in Dallas!! Close to everything, but tucked away so you can relax when you're ready to wind down from a busy day.

You’ll stay in a spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated space. All of the charm you would expect from a historic home with all of the modern comforts to make your visit wonderful. Enjoy lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and plenty of extras.
This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.
