Property was great for our family of 7. Plenty of space. Loved the hot tub and location to the slopes. Property was clean, could use a deep clean from cob webs in high ceilings. There’s a little wear and tear on furnishings but overall it was perfect for us.
We had a great stay at this property. The home was excellent and the ease of being able to get in and out was helpful. The service was extremely responsive.

Thank you, Brad. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the property and would love to host you again.
This house was wonderful for us and our teen boys.
The pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the living room and deck are breathtaking.
The kitchen is very well stocked and we put in lots of hours of games at the round table for 6. Loved the steam shower and gorgeous master room and bath.
We will return again soon!
This home had beautiful views and was very comfy, all amenities for a perfect weeks stay, great hot tub and steam shower after a long day on the slopes, heated floors... recommendation would be some brighter lightening in the living room area for evening time..but, if you want a more intimate setting then it is perfect, fireplace is spectacular!…home is starting to need a little TLC in regards to texture and painting on the walls by some of the windows and the furniture is a little worn and dated.

House was nice. Had to call about hitting not working.
Overall good. Hot tub issue couldn’t use 1st night and this was one of main reasons for getting this property. Manager addressed the issue the 2nd day. Glad I checked it when we got there.

Hi Jill. Thank you for your feedback. I am happy that we were able to address the hot tub issue from the moment you called upon your arrival. It appeared at that time that flipping the breaker worked and the hot tub company came asap the next day to confirm that all is well. Thanks again for being so understanding and we hope to have you back again another time.

Could be good…
There were many small things that could easily be fixed or changed to take this property from so so to great.
First on the list is get rid of those awful throw pillows with down feathers poking out…so old. And then the list is long but simple fixes. Good property if you don’t want to worry about messing it up!!
This was a wonderful home to enjoy our stay at Crested Butte. The amenities were plentiful. The well stocked kitchen got us through the week with all the basic necessities. Very nice appliances!! There were some noisy neighbors bc sound travels in the mountains, but not the fault of the owners. View from deck was breathtaking. Just a few minor maintenance issues that I’m sure will be resolved...master shower did not drain well and some of the bedroom faucets were not fastened tightly. Light switches in living area were a bit too high tech for our group, but we managed. We will definitely return!!! Thank you!

Thanks Gwynne for the nice reviews! I am happy to know that you enjoyed yourselves, as well as the views! We have addressed the slow draining tub and the loose faucet. We look forward to having you back again!
The house was exactly as described. We came out to visit our son who goes to school at Western Colorado U and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would use this house again if we came back to ski and/or visit. The "owner's trail" from the ski slope to the house was quite a hike and we chose to drive down and park in the public lots rather than trudge back and forth with our skis. Our son did ski back via the owner's trail one afternoon and since he didn't know where he was going, he ended up going through some really tough terrain; NOT for beginners! Maybe there is an easier route, but he didn't find it.

Thanks Bonni for the nice review! I am happy to know that you enjoyed your stay, as well as the house. However, I'm sorry for any confusion, but the run called Homeowner's Ski Trail is a blue run and from there you can access a 15 foot trail, which takes you to Anthracite Road. The house is about 100 yards from there, so you are correct probably not ideal for beginners, but I am happy that you chose to drive to the ski area and have fun regardless. We look forward to having you back again one day! Summer and fall are gorgeous up there!!
This house is in an amazing location and has an absolutely stunning view. It also has a fantastic fireplace which made watching the snow falling outside even more relaxing. Unfortunately, many of the minor fixes which other guests have mentioned in their reviews, still have not been addressed (the pillows with the feathers sticking out are still there). Many of the light switches did not work, and a number of lights were burned out. The master bathroom floor heater did not work and the shower head had no pressure. If not for these small issues, this house would be exceptional.

Elk Run main house review
Nice location and good layout of house but it had many problems. It was hot and many windows were not functional due to broken opening mechanism and the ones that worked mostly had no screens which is a mosquito problem. The tub / shower downstairs didn’t work. The dishwasher was missing a sprayer so dishes were dirty. The outside deck had partially collapsed and the deck furniture was in bad shape. The master bathroom sink stoppers didn’t work and there was no soap or shampoo supplied in the shower. Generally the house seemed to need a lot of repairs.
This house is perfect for a group. The views were breathtaking, we even saw deer right outside multiple times. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again!
Please see my earlier comments above about the house needing a refresh, etc.

This was a beautiful well stocked property.
This was a beautiful well stocked property. Perfect location for ski in and ski and ski out, great design/architecture, and amazing views. The space allowed us to spread out and work from home while skiing. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!
My family and I enjoyed our first trip to Crested Butte. The location of the home is fantastic, offering great views. The house is quite spacious. The property management team was great.
