The complex is on an expansive area, just outside of Tamarindo (5km). This unit is in the newly added building (2023), on the top floor, with an elevator. The outdoor area has a large resort style pool, children's playground, large covered rancho perfect for BBQ's and dining.

The main area has an open kitchen and living space that is all tastefully decorated and new - large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. This area also has a full guest bathroom and stairs that lead to the bonus upper loft area. The upper loft area has a queen size bed and is perfect for older children or adults of the family.

The 2 bedrooms are designed with peace and serenity in mind. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and an ensuite bathroom for full privacy. Also equipped with a large screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, making it the perfect place for additional guests. All spaces have AC units, including one specific for the loft space.
