Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Stunning views. Perfect for families.

The condo was spacious and modern with comfortable furnishings. We planned a last minute weekend trip to the ozarks. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and room to bring the family as well.

Great Condo

We stayed 4 nights in this unit and we all loved it. It’s spacious, clean, comfy and comes equipped with everything you need…lots of nice dishes, many spices, coffee, foil and ziplocks. I had inquired about a crock pot and was told there wasn’t one in the unit so I brought mine but there was a very nice one in the unit and I ended up using both of them anyway. The balcony is huge and the furniture is top notch. We used all the pools and they were great. Will definately stay here again when we visit!

Great Stay

We had a great time. Great unit, good location. Our only negative was the deck. Not screened and lots of spiders. We love sitiing out on the deck, but were unable too due to the spiders.

Family Getaway

We were able to do a family getaway with our older children. The condo location was ideal - close to Dog Patch as well as other restaurants/sites. The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and spacious and stocked with everything you could need. The deck was nicely setup with a large table & chairs, other seating, grill, TV. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck playing games at night. The condo complex had two pools close by. Both pools were extremely clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Monarch Cove

Everything was perfect. We knew our way around since we have been coming here so often and certainly will return to Monarch Cove!! Thank you for taking care of the coffee maker so efficiently. We did leave empty detergent containers on the counter to be replaced. The blinds in the bunk bedroom we could not get down. Awesome View! 😊

Could not sleep

1st night smoke detector beeping every 30 sec. Could not get someone until next day. They offered to move us at almost 11pm but had a 4 yr old asleep. It took awhile to figure out no one could fix. There are lots of 4a, 4d etc. Hard to tell at night and we were at wrong door. Wish would have known that bc building is all together. Oven took hrs to cook. Would not recommend cooking unless you use grill. It heats up slowly but one side won't cook. Food was frozen on one side even after 2 hr. We paid enough I wish someone would have just walked before hand. Beautiful view and place. Just bad experience for us. Business trip became extremely exhausting with no sleep. They had everything you could need there from coffee to towels to games. Too tired to enjoy after smoke detector.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Racheal. We're truly sorry that your stay began with such frustration, especially during what should have been a restful business trip. We completely understand how exhausting it must have been dealing with the smoke detector overnight, and we regret that the timing of our offer to relocate didn’t work better, given your little one was already asleep. Unfortunately, the smoke detection system is an integrated system, and we had limits on our intervention. We did contact the community maintenance, but unfortunately time of service was the next day. Maintenance did service the oven on report and found it to be producing temp and evaluated after the stay to ensure working for future guests. We also appreciate your helpful notes about navigation, the oven, and the unit labeling. We're grateful you still found the home well-equipped and the view beautiful, and we hope for the opportunity to provide a smoother, more restful experience in the future.
