Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 19th floor 1407 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features professional decor upscale furnishings and full size washer/dryer. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.
Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Bright and Comfortable

Nice condo
The condo itself + the property were very nice and the location was great. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies & we only had to purchase our personal groceries. The beds were not the most comfortable, but they weren’t awful. We’d stay here again, given the chance.

Easy check in and out process. Was notified earlier than expected of room ready to check in and given door code . Had questions about WiFi password and handling linens upon check out. Response was fast.

We ❤️this place! The booking and check in/out process was super easy. The unit was huge, nicely decorated and was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Spectacular views from our balcony and the floor to ceiling glass doors open completely for an open airy atmosphere. Will def stay here again!!

I would prefer this just go to the owners.
We did enjoy our stay in 1907 San Carlos.
However, Our first night after a 9 hour drive I was very disappointed that we did not have an operating wine opener. There were spiders in the master bathroom and room. Closet door was broke in the back bedroom, I was scared to try and force it open. The condo could use a little updating, most Vrbo's we've stayed in the quality of the utensils in the kitchen have been higher grade, the ice maker didn't work (we tried all the positions of the little wire thingy), felt like it needed a new paint job. I did love the couch and love seat very comfy, I loved the actual condo layout and building.

Gulf Shores
We enjoy this location in Gulf Shores and the great beach access. The guys that take care of the beach chair rentals do a great job as well especially Forest. We did have an issue with the dryer not performing well. Maybe the heating element. Also needed more towels. The master bath had three bath towels with two people using that bathroom. We did not mind washing but not everyday, we are on vacation!!

Excellent location and great floor plan!!
I stayed here with my dad, stepmom, aunt and uncle and my husband. We absolutely loved the layout--with all 3 bedrooms having their own bathroom and shower. The balcony was spacious and full of sun--unfortunately it was cooler when we were there. The property is only half a mile from Gulf Shores State Park--which is awesome. I rented a bike 2 days, and biked there two days--ran through it another. The beach is RIGHT there--and it's an amazing beach. You are walking distance to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores are only a 10 minute or so drive away. We really liked that we just had a code to get in--with 6 people we didn't have to worry about keys.
So why 3 stars? The place didn't seem that clean. I was turned off because a used bar of soap was in our shower. The floors didn't seem like they had been cleaned for awhile. The towels are dollar store towels and worn out. My uncle's towel literally fell apart. I understand people might use them as beach towels if they are nicer, but maybe have a charge for any "misplaced" towels and actually have nice towels. When we were getting ready to leave and loading up our cars, our code stopped working before checkout!!! Luckily some of us were still in there otherwise I don't know what we would have done.
We didn't receive our email about what was and wasn't included until 5:00 pm the day before we checked in. All of us had already left home. I was disappointed about that as we had plenty of room for beach towels and other amenities that the place doesn't provide. The property doesn't have recycling but the beach does. We walked our recycling down to the beach. The pool area isn't that big--but the beach is plenty big!!
If able bring along extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, garbage bags, hand and dish soap for kitchen, salt/pepper and any other seasoning, wine opener, shampoo/conditioner, extra laundry pods, beach towels.
