Located directly behind the chipping green at Terradyne Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cottage has a furnished open living area, making the home ideal for groups of any size.

*Four bedrooms with two queen-sized beds in each room
*Private, spacious bathrooms in each bedroom
*Furnished open living area with stone fireplace and a big-screen TV
*Spacious, open kitchen complete with: refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pot & pans, dinnerware - all you need is food!
*Private patio with a gas firepit and plenty of seating
*Located within walking distance of “The Greens” — an upscale casual restaurant,
specializing in American cuisine
*No Pets allowed
*No Smoking inside the Cottage
*Terradyne is a private, members only club. Amenities such as the pool, gym and tennis/pickleball courts are not available for use. Subject to availability, guests can golf for $150 per person, per round. Must set up through the Director of Lodging.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at this house for a quick trip to Wichita! Although we didn’t need it for this trip, the house offers ample space for multiple people. It has a great layout and is well equipped. We will for sure keep this house in mind for future trips to the area!

Breath-taking beauty!

This house is gorgeous. My group wish that we could stay. The two queen beds in every room coupled with every room having its own bathroom was a home run! I can not recommend this property to you enough! You will not be disappointed.

Church group - mission trip

We had a group of kids and adults from our church. We were in Wichita for some volunteer activities. This location was perfect for our group. The division of space and the four bathrooms provided a great space and great functionality for our group. We had a great space to spend time together while also having privacy with the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property.
