Enjoy vacationing with family or friends in this very lovely, spacious home. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs with additional sleeping option on 1st floor- sleeps 10 to 12. Bedrooms include the Primary bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, one room with two twin beds, a room with 2 queens, and 2 rooms with 1 king each.

Our new open concept kitchen with fully stocked cabinets, lobster pot, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances provides dining for 12. Kitchenette also available with seating for 6 .Also included are a full size refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is also available.

Outdoor living includes a wrap-around front porch for reading, dining, and relaxation. The covered rear deck is wonderful for some TV time, your morning coffee, or a short cut to the grill.

Multiple local beaches provide plenty of opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, and fishing. Nearby are children rides, water parks and miniature golf, ensuring something for everyone in your group! Public golf and tennis are easily accessible. Winnapaug Golf Course is approximately 1.5 miles away. There are several other challenging golf courses in the area.

Plenty of day trips available include trips to Mystic Seaport/Aquarium, Block Island, Newport Mansions, Point Judith, Casinos including Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, as well as, Stonington, Wickford, and Providence.

Entertainment options within Westerly include the local Granite Theater, Shakespeare in the Park, movie theaters, and the nearby Theater by the Sea. Enjoy a morning walk in the historic Wilcox Park. Spend the day shopping, walking the docks, or on the beach in Watch Hill. Local farms for fresh produce or home made pies are close by.

This was a great place to stay for me and my extended family for a wedding we needed to attend in the area. Lots of space in a great location. The outdoor shower was great for our return from the beach - just make sure you turn on the levers behind the washing machine in the laundry room beforehand. We absolutely would stay again.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The pics did not do this home any justice. We checked in and were pleasantly surprised at the great layout plus a bonus room for sleeping. A separate suite if you will. We really didn’t use much of the amenities in the home bc we had a wedding weekend! But the beds were comfy and clean. My son got married in Westerly/Watch Hill area and the house was conveniently located to Main street and Watch Hill! We enjoyed the great shops, restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood was great for a brisk walk and/or jogging. The owners were readily available if we had any questions. Communication was open. The weather, I must say was perfect for a white wedding! We got lucky! Loved the whole weekend in this beautiful comfortable home. My favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. I highly recommend!!!

Renters beware: Cleaning woman fabricates lies!!

Wish we had taken before and after pictures! We have been accused of things by the cleaning woman who straight out LIED about how we left the house. If you stay here, kiss your security deposit goodbye before you walk in.

Let the record speak for itself. Review previous renter evaluations. All excellent. Also noteworthy is the fact that we have never had to take a security deposit before. This is the first time and it was very necessary. A bathroom cabinet was damaged and the den carpet stained. Not to mention the fact that the house was not returned in the same condition that it was presented to these renters.

Great location

The house is gorgeous and spacious we loved the area . Had a nice thanksgiving with family there . Ordered our thanksgiving dinner at Mystic market they did a great job . The only surprise with such nice place was the bec bug !!! I got bitten the first night and the second night my husband found one crawling on the bed :( Also we were not able to find pillows for everyone. There was only three pillows in the whole place and we were a party of 5 . Thr place is listed to sleep 10. But all and all it was great vacation and we enjoyed the place ,

Thank you for your review and so sorry about the issues you addressed. In regard to the "bug in the bed" that is the first in 22 years of ownership. We will certainly check it out. It could also have been brought in with your luggage. However, in any event, we do need to follow-up. As to the pillows we did include a 10 statement notice "Informational Notice" with your contract. Statement number one stated, " Due to the COVID-19 we are asking our renters to provide their own pillows and pillow cases." This is only a temporary precaution that was fully appreciated by our other renters. We are glad that everything worked out and that you and your family enjoyed your vacation.

Beautiful home

We stayed there for three nights. We were a group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Easily accommodates 10 people. There are additional beds in the basement but probably can be used only in the winter as it's quite hit down there. The house had all the utensils. Very conveniently located to stores for groceries. We had a great time ! Would definitely go there again ! The only thing I would like to get to the owners attention is that the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom has no blinds and the queen bed itself is either broken or is about to break - we could not use that bed. Also the only single full bathroom was a tad inconvenient - otherwise a perfect home for a great vacation.

Nothing short of Amazing

My friends and I were supposed to do a race in New Jersey and it canceled some of us decided to still get together and do the race together in a new location. Rhode Island became our top pick and this beautiful home fit the bill for all of our needs. We had 2 people ask to have their own rooms as they are COVID conscious but wanted to be a part of the group, this house fit all of us perfect for those requirements. It was the perfect base of operations, and close to the beach. Personally it was my first ocean experience. 1000% awesome. Brian was easy to work with and very accommodating for our group. If I ever go back I would absolutely stay here again.

Yellow House

WE loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect location. It was less than 10 minutes to my sister's house in Westerly. Many family members were in town for her wedding. It was a lovely house to stay at in a great quiet neighborhood. The porch was wonderful! As well as the yard/outside shower. Very convenient. And we loved being that close to the beach. We would certainly stay there again!!! Many thanks!!!!!
