Excellent location very close to Westerly (despite being in Connecticut) and easy access to beaches. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Winston, the host, was very easy to work with and super responsive. You will have a great stay here!

This is a really cute house that is well located to what we were in the area to do. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. It is all on one level (although there is a step up to the side door) with a decently sized kitchen, a dining table and chairs to seat 8, 2 couches and a chair in the seating area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms (one off the master bedroom). The bunk room has two full size beds, one with a twin bunk above. My group of 5 female friends fit easily and were very comfortable for our stay. We might have been able to fit 8 if everybody is willing to share a bed or 9 with a child on the upper bunk. I think one of the couches also folds out, but we didn't need it. There is only room for 1 car in the driveway, but plenty of free on street parking right in front of the house. We would definitely return in the future. The only suggestions I would have for future guests would be to bring your own shower items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and perhaps consider bringing your own pillows (I found the pillows in the Queen room a bit hard, but no one else had issues with theirs).

Fantastic property with tons of room inside and out. House had absolutely everything we could need for a family get together. Short walk to downtown Stonington restaurants and a short drive to Mystic and Watch Hill. Don't hesitate to stay at this great property!

I highly recommend this property. Location was great! The home has been renovated and is beautiful. Wilson was excellent, had a question and he responded immediately. I will definitely book this property again.

Charming, clean, newly renovated and nicely equipped house in the Pawcatuck which comfortably accommodated seven people. We appreciated the many nice touches that Wilson, the host, provided. In the large back yard is a table and sitting on it when we arrived was a Citronella candle, a lighter and a can of Off. As it turned out, we sat out in the yard and watched the stars and were completely unbothered by bugs without even having to use any of the supplies. The house is very close to Westerly, R.I., and to beaches as well as about 35 minutes drive from the Block Island ferry. Had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very spacious and had lots of great amenities. We especially appreciated having a washing machine and central air, which made our stay even more comfortable. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was excellent, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Home was clean and spacious. Many places within walking distance. Neighborhood was quiet.Fridge was a bit noisy and we had no power to the small kitchen appliances but I did not contact Wilson to resolve -so that’s on me.
