King Bed + Studio! Free Parking, Patio, WFH Space!

Incredibly spacious 1 bedroom with King bed + partitionable studio with workspace, huge living area, cool patio with BBQ, and a designated parking spot! Centrally located between the Pike/Pine, Broadway, and 15th Ave districts of Capitol Hill- this is a prime location and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood between it all. 2 blocks away from the Safeway grocery store and a 7 minute walk from the light rail station with direct access to and from SeaTac airport.

This space was designed with flexibility in mind. The Queen bed area in the main living space can be separated by a custom built curtain partition for privacy. All window drapes are room darkening as well in case you need to rest during the day. The living space features artwork on display by locally sourced KP Art. The master bedroom features a King bed and work from home desk so you have your own little office if needed. The patio space has a propane grill and privacy fence with outdoor lighting and seating.

AC is set up in the summer months when the weather is warm :)

Nice Apartment

I really loved the private entrance to this place. It made it seem like it was it's own standalone space. Everything was very clean and beautiful. If I lived in Seattle I would want to live in a space like this. However, if I would have known that every morning at 7am the construction would wake me up I probably would have found a different rental honestly. But overall, I would want to rent this place again whenever I come back to visit Seattle because it's so private and well maintained and also within walking distance to a lot of fun bars plus eateries.
