About this property
Stylish 2 Bedroom Capitol Hill Apartment
Social distancing? This private apartment is the perfect place to relax and stay healthy.
You’ll feel just like a Seattleite in this Capitol Hill haven, where you’ll have your own full kitchen, a spacious living room, and two private bedrooms. It’s perfect for families or friends who don’t want to cram into a small hotel room! Capitol Hill is one of the best districts for dining and entertainment, so you’ll never be far from great eats and things to do.
The space
We understand that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. But you can be sure about one thing: your Seattle rental will be squeaky clean and totally private. We’re taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
✓ Professional cleaning before your arrival - We follow the CDC’s recommended cleaning procedures and use CDC approved cleaning supplies.
✓ 2x sterilization by thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces manually and then using steam nanotechnology with handheld atomizers
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort
Welcome to your Emerald City retreat in the heart of charming Capitol Hill. Why stay way out in the ‘burbs when you can be within walking distance of Downtown?
After a fun-filled day at Pike Place Market or strolling on the waterfront, everybody will rest easy in the two private bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, large windows, and Washington-inspired artwork. We provide all linens and pillows.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower/tub combo, a sink, a toilet, and storage space for all your essentials. We also provide towels and basic toiletries for your convenience.
You’ll want to try all of Capitol Hill’s fantastic restaurants, but sometimes you crave a home-cooked meal. The apartment has a full kitchen with everything necessary to whip up a gourmet meal. Appliances include an electric stove, an oven, a full-size fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Because nobody wants to do dishes on vacation!
Exploring all of Seattle’s highlights can be exhausting (or maybe you just need a nap after all those oysters you ate at Pike Place). So kick back and relax in the living room, complete with a big, comfy couch and a fireplace. There’s also a TV with a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own account. Just remember to log out when you leave!
When the weather’s nice, you’ll love hanging out on the balcony too. Yes, there are sunny days in Seattle!
If you need to do laundry, there’s a washer and dryer available for your use. Trust us, you might want to use it after your Pike Place Gum Wall photo op…
No matter how long you stay, you’ll feel right at home at this lovely Capitol Hill apartment.
If you're flexible with your neighborhood, check out our Queen Anne location located just 10 minutes away! Just click my photo and that would automatically bring you to the "host page".
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have total access to the whole space.
Other things to note
The entire apartment is on one level - no stairs needed!
If you do plan on bringing your own car or renting a car, be aware that although there is free street parking after 4pm, it can be difficult to find. I suggest parking at the parking lot that is on Boylston Avenue. It is less than a block from the building, and you can pay to park overnight there. My suggestion is to take Uber or use the train, but if you need a car, there are parking options nearby.
You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info.
We do have laundry on site located in the garage. It costs $1.75 per load.
FYI: The machines use quarters only.
For Pets/animals, please contact me before making your reservation to check specific restrictions and fees.
PLEASE keep the noise to a minimum after 10PM.

About the host
Hosted by 29 Nights

Life is a beautiful journey and travel is a gift with so many lessons, adventures, and cherished memories to be had.
I have a passion for exploring and discovering different cultures, and I’ve been fortunate to have traveled to some exotic places and experienced some amazing things – like trekking 500 miles as a peregrino along the Camino de Santiago in Spain, winter camping in a quinzhee in the Wind River Range of Wyoming, learning the meaning of Pura Vida while surfing in Costa Rica, and witnessing the supreme beauty of the Himaylas while summiting the Annapurna Sanctuary trek in Nepal.
As a Seattle native, I’m proud as well of the world-class offerings of the Pacific Northwest, and I’m on a mission to share them with others.
Being from a 3rd-generation family business in real estate and long-term property management, I also love being a part of a community that focuses on providing outstanding hospitality.
Back in 2017 the opportunity for me to take part in the home-sharing concept via Airbnb presented itself, and I discovered that it would be a way for me to help others experience the neighborhoods I love while expanding upon my capacity to provide exceptional white glove service.
Since then I’ve had the pleasure of hosting thousands of people from all over the world and growing in my ability to positively impact others.
I’ve assembled a team of dedicated hospitality experts that share my passion for supplying the premier stay experience,
and we are united in our goal to help our guests create memories they will want to repeat.
I would be honored if we could do the same for you,
and I can’t wait to welcome you to a 29 Nights experience.
