Rancho Mirage Oasis with Large Pool and Yard

Relax in the peace and quiet of a private oasis in the highly desirable and less windy Tamarisk neighborhood of Rancho Mirage. Recently redone including state of the art lighting and sound systems. Pebbletec pool and spa. Close to the famed Sunnylands estate enjoy shopping on El Paseo, sports and entertainment at the Acrisure Arena, gambling at the Agua Caliente Casino, golfing at numerous nearby courses and, of course, visiting Palm Springs.

Rancho Mirage requires minimum stays of 28 days but no local taxes are added. Longer stays are preferred January through April. Pets and smoking are not permitted on the property. Children require parental supervision at all times. No immediate rental requests please. At least two-week minimum notice is necessary. Sometimes longer. Winter pool heating and summer air conditioning fees of $50/night each only apply when needed and will be added to basic quotes.

Excellent Long-Term Stay Property

Outdoor area is amazing with a new, large pool & hot tub and plenty of outdoor furniture. The indoor is very nice and very well stocked with all of the essentials for the kitchen, beds and bath. Neighborhood is quiet but friendly and the walks are beautiful. Owner was very responsive.

We stayed in this beautiful home for two months and loved every minute. The pictures do not lie. The home is very clean and furnished beautifully. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to an issue we had. We will definitely rent this home again.
