Very short walk to the village and slopes or take the free shuttle. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, free wifi, TV with Sonos Soundbar.

Condo sleeps 10, featuring 1 king bed with en suite full bath, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 2 full baths and a room with 4 bunks beds great for kiddos!

Please bring all sheets and towels down to Laundry Room and place in bins. Covers, pillows, and comforters can stay on beds please.
Please turn heat down to 58 in the winter and set AC to 78 in the summer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect your neighbors and keep volume to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

Great location; wonderful condo!

Perfect for folks who are passionate about biking, hiking, snow sports, or just relaxing in a beautiful setting. The attractive ground level condo is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the private deck and wooded backyard! It's only a quick five-minute walk to the village, or two minutes by shuttle bus. Parking right in front of the condo makes loading & unloading convenient. The host is quick to respond to your questions or needs. A great place for family and friends to have a wonderful vacation!

Super Family Friendly, Responsive Host, Modern Tech

Great family trip with a mix of parents working and family riding end of season bike park trails. This property is full of modern technology, Eero Wi-Fi, Yale keyless entry (family can easily come and go) and great after hours TV and Sonos soundbar for movie night. Kitchen well stocked and clean and more sleeping than we needed. Nice double walk out back doors seem to be an upgrade when compared to other ground floor units allowing for the extra room to have it’s own exterior entrance. Ground floor unit has big back yard for lawn games/kid entertainment and ours found awesome RC car tracks in the nearby woods. Bike wash station and fire pit in the upper common area were also great and it was only a 2 minute walk to the mountain grocery.

Thanks for the review Adam. Since there is very little to no cell service on the mountain I wanted to make sure all the technology was up to date and yes I have been doing some upgrades this summer. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay!

I live in Charlottesville, Virginia with my wife, 11 year old son, and dog, Bronco. We have been hosts at our OBX house for quite a while and recently added this wonderful house in March 2024. We love coming to Snowshoe for some skiing and snowboarding but spend more time here in the Summer and Fall for the weather and amazing mountain biking.

Why they chose this property

We choose this place because we really wanted enough room to bring friends with us including 4 legged ones, and have ground level access for the pets and kids with bikes.

What makes this property unique

Being close to the Village but just far enough to get some privacy and quiet makes this location the best on the mountain. When you only have to take 2 steps to be in the back yard makes a huge difference when hauling bikes, skis, or boards.
