Refurbished and refurnished house with 3 bedrooms, with Queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, pool and heated spa, air-conditioning, spacious family room with 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, separate dining area and ‘formal’ sitting room.
Close to golf courses, adjacent to Tampa Bay. Easy drive to St Petersburg, Tampa, and all the beautiful Gulf beaches. An hour from Disneyworld and Universal Studios.
Good waterfront restaurants and bars close by, plus plenty of restaurants and cafes of all types locally. The ideal place for a couple wanting a relaxed, refreshing break - or between a house sale and closure on a new one. Longer rentals are very welcome. All utilities and taxes included in the price.

We bought and furnished the house as our second home, so ask that any renters treat it as such. We love the Apollo Beach/Tampa Bay area.
There’s something for everyone in this area and the community is very friendly.

Why they chose this property

It’s a great area, in a safe, friendly community, close to wonderful beaches and golf courses (there’s a set of clubs to borrow at the house), with plenty of good waterfront restaurants nearby. An ideal holiday location.

What makes this property unique

Newly furnished, well decorated, with a well fitted-out and equipped kitchen, and everything you’re likely to need for a comfortable stay is provided, including pool floats.
It’s close to excellent facilities, ranging from restaurants/shops, theme parks (Busch Gardens is nearby and Orlando (Disney, Universal, etc) is only about an hour away, or the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches (Anna Maria island etc).
Utilities (electricity and water) included in cost. Propane tank for pool/spa heater will be full on arrival but refills will be at your expense.
